She did good hair cut of mine and then good service for hair wash, she provided. I will highly recommend this place.

This was my first time at Sport Clips at Upper James. I didn't know what to expect, however, I was absolutely amazed at the quality of service. Alyson carefully explained each step, was thorough and concise - and gave me an excellent cut. I couldn't have had a more positive experience! I would rate my overall experience as excellent and I plan on becoming a repeat customer.

The Associate I worked with today was wonderful, I ordered a Triple MVP; amazing experience. There is a problem with an Associate of yours saying racist things in the past. I have reached out in the past and you have not responded. But I need a haircut and one of the closest places is this. I have been a long-term customer and will continue to be one, aside from having my haircut but from that one associate who was very intolerant of immigration policies in Canada. These policies I have not designed and I have been a respectful citizen for the 25 years I have lived here. Of my notable achievements, is my work with BCHS, Kids with Cancer, Red Cross and St., Johns Ambulance. If I still have not earned the right to have a haircut in a respectful manner in this country than perhaps it is time for Canada to re-evaluate its stance on immigration and what it means to be a citizen in this country. As a business owner you have a role in setting the tone. As a fellow entrepreneur and business owner, I believe you should set a better example.

Please let me know if you have any further questions. You could lose what 40$.mo in revenue if I stop coming, but you may gain $1000s in how I describe your services within my community. I will clear time in my calendar to address this aggregious act that at one point I did think to litigate but felt the associate may have been under her own stresses and if I were to begin to litigate every offense this nation has allowed for, I dont think we would have enough time to enjoy a Tim Hortons French Vanilla. So some judgement of what bares legal action and what a conversation is an important distinction.

However, the experience this last time was phenomenal. She has my immense gratitude and respect. This was Canada on its finest day; with every member working together to live in a happy and harmonious way. I hope her son wins the basketball tournament he will be attending shortly. Dont know his name, team, or affiliation; but his mother cuts my hair and she does so with dignity and respect for all. I will silently cheer for him in my heart and prayers and keep him and 10s of thousands like him when I chose to conduct myself in this nation.
