I had such a welcoming entrance. Quick service to get me in que. Jasmin brought me back, was quick to create friendly conversation and keep conversation all while performing a lovely haircut!

Always a great cut. Online system works well and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Leanna is great. Her attention to detail and always asking about doing ears and eyebrows is amazing.

While I have always received excellent trims or cuts at this store over the last three or four years, today was an exceptionally superior service. Not only was the cut right up there with the best ones.

Moreover, I have a number of bumps and lumps on my head that are sensitive to the touch. I mentioned that just in passing, and Leeanne said she could see that. She did the entire service very gently with a comb and trimmer, and I felt no discomfort at all. That is rare, mainly I suppose because it is true that time is money, and it is usual to touch a couple of sore spots. Not today!!

I had an excellent haircut during my last visit to Sportsclip, Upper James, Hamilton. Though I was in hurry, Jasmine, did a fantastic job with my haircut. It was one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time—clean and simple, exactly how I wanted it. Jasmine was courteous, professional and her skill really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be coming back to her. Highly recommend!
