I have tried Kumon and now Mathnasium. Kumon is a great system if your child has fallen behind in the concept of math or has always had a problem in math.
Mathnasium tests the student to see where your child is weak and then is able to develop a program for them to meet them where they are and bring them forward.
The facility is run well and my son is always eager to go. The aides work well with him on any concept he is struggling with. My son feels very good about himself.
Mathnasium of North Peoria has continued to advance and give confidence to my children in their mathematical abilities. We are very thankful for Ms. Sabrina and the outstanding staff. We highly recommend this center, it has been a great investment in our children's education!

It’s a winner. Really helped my daughter out when struggling sense fourth grade, they really help you out they give u testing see where your weaknesses are and go from there.
They did a thorough assessment to see where my daughter is at and are helping her to get caught up to where she should be for her grade level. The tutors are friendly and helpful.

A sense of calm when you drop your child off knowing they are getting the care needed in filling in gaps and working on homework.
Math takes practice to keep up with it and understand. Mathnasium does this. Where there are gaps in concepts, mathnasium fills those holes.

We have had a great experience using Mathnasium for our son who is in middle school. They are extremely consistent and run a wonderful program. Since my son was only having issues in math, it was nice that the program focuses on only math. We appreciated the assessments that Mathnasium provides and the monthly feedback.

Our daughter now has a solid direction when it comes to math. There’s structure, a vision, and goals. Before she didn’t have this. She is eager to go to tutoring each time knowing that she wouldn’t get this kind of one on one direction anywhere else. She has always been low in math, but she is showing growth which is all we can ask for.
