My two older children attended Mathnasium first but they didn’t do it continuously because of schedules and me not thinking it was necessary.
I was wrong.
I figured this out when my two oldest struggled with math and were missing some key concepts because I assumed they were learning from school.
As a result, I knew I would make a commitment with my youngest son to consistently attend.
My youngest son has been attending Arcadia’s Mathnasium since he was in elementary school and he’s kept at it until now, where he has just graduated high school. Mathnasium has been a blessing when so many schools (even the “good” ones) skip over certain math content, move too fast, move too slow, or simply just don’t teach it well. Having the extra practice, testing to figure out the content where he needs help or which content needs to be taught, has been a blessing.
Mathnasium has helped him with his SAT’s and his AP’s because of the fundamental concepts that have been embedded in its curriculum. I cannot leave out the homework help! It’s saved him many times from the late night struggle!

My son was struggling with Math he’s doing a lot better.
I have really enjoyed the approach of Mathnasium. My Kiddos have been learning lots and catching up to Where they should be grade level. Their Math skills are coming alone and fast. The instructors are great with my kids and my kids never have a complaint about the instructors. Overall, its been a great experience!
The communication after every session is great, it allows me to help reinforce whats happening during sessions as well as knowing if my child is staying focused. The entire team feels invested in the success of my child, with math it really can take a village!
We’ve had a great experience with Mathnasium. Our daughter admitted she was struggling, and the team there has helped her feel confident and capable again. She’s learning a lot and actually looks forward to going. It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it for the improvement we’ve seen.

Great staff, they were ready to receive my daughter and they had no problems teaching her, and she has been succeeding and growing in math despite her learning difference.. She was recently recognized with a math award at school. At first, my daughter was having a little difficulty committing to two sessions a week due to her club volleyball commitments but now she sticks to the new routine without protest. She likes going to Mathnasium after school twice a week to see her peers and strengthen her math skills. The lesson plans aren't too hard to follow for the hour-long session, and students earn tokens they can either save up to get a prize or trade in for candy or chips when they pass a lesson.
