My son has gained a lot of confidence through the program at Mathnasium. The owner and the staff at our Simi Valley location are patient and understanding. I’m grateful for the extra incentives they offer the students to keep them motivated. The positive reinforcement works well for my child.
After getting a D-, D, D+ and C for the past 4 quarters, my child ended up passing 6th grade math after one month at Mathnasium this past May.

My child just needed a kick and after one month of Mathnasium and after letter grades D-, D, D+ and C in math for the past 4 quarters, she passed her math placement test to take Algebra 1 next year.

I appreciate how center director Michael and his instructors are really invested in Finn's success. Math is not Finn's subject but he knows how important it is and enjoys systematically increasing his math competence.
We appreciate the level of care that the staff give to their students to meet their educational goals. Also, we truely appreciate their time flexibility since time management is often hard for high schoolers. We also appreciate the drawings and the gifts that they give their students to encourage them to try their best.
Love this program…my son has definitely benefited from this program and his grades have improved. The Staff are friendly and are genuinely concerned about the success of the children. So happy to have found such a place to help my son actual enjoy math.
Mathnasium has helped my children’s math. They make math fun.
My son has been going to the Hacienda Heights location for over a month. He was having a hard time in 3rd grade so I wanted him to catch up, build his skills and confidence. He’s been doing really well and he enjoys going to Mathesium. I really appreciate the communication, support and technical assistance from the staff! My son started at mathnasium in Lake Forest last year. He was struggling with math and had C grade at the start. With the help from the instructors he was able to bring his grade to an A in pre-calculus at the end of the year! Joanne(director) was very flexible and accommodating to frequent changes to our schedules and he enjoyed his time with all the instructors who were patient and very knowledgeable.
