Ms. Trang is doing everything to support my son's learning. Big thanks to her at the Brea center. On top of regular learning schedules according to my child's assessment, she also helped my son with preparing for approaching quizzes and exams. My child's score improved and he recently was accepted by the high school of his dream, thanks to Ms. Trang!

All three of our children have taken classes at Mathnasium. We love Jasmin and her staff that are so helpful in teaching the children how to learn and do math on their own.
Jenny is very helpful and always willing to accommodate our family. With life being so busy sometimes I forget to schedule my 3 kids appointments, but Jenny will follow up to make sure I schedule their appointments

We were part of Mathnasium before the pandemic, and now have returned with our youngest child. The experience helped our eldest child tremendously, both with formulated expressions and abstraction, now it is our youngest child’s turn to benefit from this wonderful learning location. Jenny the director is more than an employee, we trust her with our most valuable assets.
Mathnasium is such a great place to get your child caught up and help with math anxiety. I appreciate their systematic approach to building missing math foundations. Progress and student need are transparent. I would highly recommend Mathnasium for any parent whose child has math anxiety.
The school systems participate in math curriculums that they are incapable of teaching. They do this to gain state funding. The last time I checked, I had another job/career that didn't involve teaching math to any children, including my own. This was taking up hours of my evening and I am NOT equipped to teach what even the teachers cannot teach. YET the school system would like me to do this for them. Unfortunately, you as the parent will have to pay, along with your child. I find the staff at Mathnasium Eagle Rock stems from good leadership and they are capable of teaching my child these concepts while also helping my child catch up on the learning gaps that the system has created. I, like, so many others did not have these challenges as a child because I was in a system that allowed me to learn in-step without packing in volumes and absurd amounts of work, pushing me to write down "why" in my answers. I was simply able to write out an equation and pass math with flying colors, making it to advanced math by high school. Much later, I was able to write elaborate answers on "the why" but this comes later, in my opinion, and based on the research I've done. Regretfully, our children are in absurdity and bizarreness when it comes to this particular subject. If you can afford it, I suggest Mathnasium to help you with the egregious conundrum we are all in, students and parents alike. My child expressed that Mathnasium is helping her and her iready tests have improved.
Aaron can always get help from the teacher, teacher always patience and knowledgeable, the best thing is this is personalized, I don't need to worry if my son wasting time to do something he already fully mastered.
We love Mathnasium. It makes math fun and engaging. My kids like collecting cards for their achievements and getting little prizes. Their math skills are advancing whilst they have fun.
My daughter is excited to be there learning and catching up. She actually wanted to stay longer.

Both our daughters have frequented this Mathnasium location since it opened. The owners are kind, patient, supportive, and clear when they explain the various math concepts to our girls. Our children have grown in their mathematic skills since attending Mathnasium, and we feel blessed to have such dedicated tutors educating and cheering on our kids throughout the years!
I’m so glad to enroll my child in Mathnasium. My daughter has completed changed her grades after first month at the center and kept up with the good scores through high school. She enjoyed the subject and fun activities. I would definitely recommend it to all family with children not doing well in Math. It’s very worth every $$ in education.
Great energetic engaging tutors. It’s always a little hot and stinky in there though! I think it’s just all the sweaty kids coming in after school. But it wouldn’t hurt to have an air freshener or a few windows open…
