We're BIG fans of the South Pasadena Mathnasium branch. Matthew and his team are thoughtful, attentive, professional, cooperative, and super helpful. I would recommend this place even if your child isn't "struggling" at math per se; it can be a really helpful reinforcement. I really can't recommend these folks enough. Thank you guys!

My daughter's grade has gone up to a B from an F. She has a much better understanding of math and is able to complete her tests in a timely manner.
Classes are engaging
My son does not fight having to go to mathenasium. It really has built a lot of self-confidence for him and is filling in gaps from school.
We have just started with Mathnasium, but I can already tell that my grandson has been improving in his math. He is very behind in what he should know by now schoolwise. He is easily distracted, but his tutors keep him on track.
I really like that they don’t use tablets. Everything is paper! They also give you a report on how your child did after each session. I really appreciate that.
Mathnasium is awesome and the staff is great. My daughter has learned so much since attending Mathnasium. I definitely recommend if your son or daughter is struggling with math then this is the place for them.

Our son Daniel has benefited from the excellent and caring services at Mathnasium in Eagle Rock. Eric and his team have supported and guided our son in math and his improvements have been remarkable. When he started at Mathnasium in 6th grade he was 2 years below grade level in math. Now in 8th grade, he is working at an 8th grade level, only a few months behind where is supposed to be, not two years behind like he was. We are so thankful to Eric and his team. The other good news is Daniel actually likes Math now due to with help and support he has received! Big thank you!
My daughter has been attending Mathnasium for nearly three years, and I can confidently say it has made a significant difference in her progress and confidence in math. The teachers and staff at the Foothill Ranch location are fantastic—supportive, flexible with scheduling, and always accommodating when changes are needed. The consistency has really helped her, and most importantly, she genuinely enjoys going, which means a lot more than having to push her to attend.
