The social aspect and personal group training components are unmatched anywhere.
Because of the way the classes are structured, it makes it difficult to pay for a plan that is 3-4 visits a month.
If I could add two classes to the rotation, it would be the following:
1. Restorative Stretch(No tred or lower body squats/lunges)
2. Abs Upper Body Core Strength Focus(No tred or lower body squats/lunges)
This would allow people to have a sustainable workout program 3-4 times per week. The existing “canned” workout is not maintainable more than twice per week.

The instructors and staff are great. The only issue I’ve, just like the rest of the members, is the parking problem. Even with the validation, one has to potentially pay $5/ day.
