Good workout, hard but goes by quickly. Improvement could be better instruction on some of the floor exercises. Parking after 5 is a challenge, but I know that’s due to the lot mgmt.

Great facility. Way better than the Brentwood location. Bigger space. More variety of equipment. Free parking. Snacks on weekend. Instructor was better at giving clear instructions.
