The new gym equipment is great.
Came to see Santa at the Wally walrus session, our toddlers were terrified but Santa and Wally were amazing, they calmed our children, got them interacting and talking and were so patient with them. Children came away talking about Santa and Wally for hours. Fab service.
There are classes to suit all abilities with experienced trainers who are dedicated to getting us fit.

Have previously said a binding the studio is needed as wipes and tissues are often left lying around. Still awaiting a callback from a manager from months ago about frequently being marked not attended and therefore not being able to book on at other centres. Classes are really good, instructors cannot do enough for customers but feel let down by management.
The new equipment is excellent, and the general look of the place is much better following the refurb. Staff are very friendly and helpful, when required. All in all, its very good value for money, especially during these difficult times.
Firstly, it was Niamh who was amazing and explained a lot about the membership packages. She was very patient as my husband and I tried to discuss the best option. The facilities are lovely

Friendly,professional staff, who don't look at you as if you shouldn't be there. Facilities are very good. Decor looks a bit tired but isn't an issue. Overall very pleased with everything ,
