I had some issues with a chest I had refinished and they went out of their way to make it right. Rick Armstrong is the go to man.

I hadto make calls to check on status of repair. original table top was ruined and required a new veneer. New veneer is not as glossy as original top.

Thank you for your feedback. I was aware when this survey was sent to you that we needed to replace the veneer on the top of the coffee table due to a mistake that we made. I was not aware that you were not pleased with the finish on the table. We applied a single coat of gloss finish followed by two-three coats of satin. This is our most requested "look". We can apply another coat of gloss to the table if you would like us to. Our team takes a great deal of pride in the work we produce and on the rare occasion we receive the score you gave us it becomes a very personal event for all of us. As the owner of the business I want to apologize for our poor communication with you during the process and for the mistake we made. I personally looked at the table before it was returned and gave it my enthusiastic approval.

You were prompt and the quality of your work was as good as you said it would be.
All the woodwork looks as good as when it was installed in our kitchen and bathroom almost 20 years ago. The staff showed a lot of care and pride in their work. I would definitely use this service again.
I have used furniture medic many times in the past with great results. I had a bedroom dresser that needed the top redoneand some touching up, not a total redo. James charged me $1100.00 plus pick up and delivery charge of 100.00. I repeatedly told him I needed it back in 4 weeks. He put a hard date in the contract. When I called him the 4th week to see about a delivery date, he didn't know if it was done, said he had seen it in the warhouse and he thought the guys were working on it. He didn't have a clue. And I think they rushed it back to me and I am a little disappointed. The idea that you need it for more a month to refinish the top and touch up the rest makes no sense. In the past, the people who came to my house did the work and their was continuity. I never had to chase them down. I also wrote on the paper I signed when it was delivered that I wanted him to call me and he never did. This is not the kind of company I want to do business with.
Had to continuously call to find out the status of the projects. Had to lend my personal tools both times to assist the installation of my projects. One installation was not correctly installed and looks very poor. Extremely over priced for the work that was done.

They take the hassle out of repair by coming to the house to get the furniture and then delivering the furniture back to us When it's ready. I appreciate that!

Very nice people. They came out quickly for the estimate and the turnaround time was in the time given. The quality of work was terrific. Very happy and would call them again if needed.
A bit pricey for smaller tasks. You could have a drop off and pickup location for dropping off smaller items like chairs and small tables. Things that would fit in most people's minivans. This will make repair costs for small items cheaper for both parties.
Customers will be less tempted to throw away smaller furniture if they could get them fixed at a moderate price.
They picked up from my house, took the top off of the item and when finished, returned and reassembled the item.
I called and someone came out the next day for a quote. He took the broken piece and was back in 2 weeks. It was a very simple process and it was done correctly.
The color matching is superb.
the quality of the work was OUTSTANDING.....the chairs that we had done look as good as the day we purchased them , about 55 years ago.....I wouldn't hestitate to recommend them to anyone....it truly was a JOB WELL DONE....Gene and DOrothy Jarka
