I had a furniture piece restored that was very precious to me and I did appreciate that it looked identical to the way it looked many years ago. I also appreciated that I received phone calls on a regular basis of each step that was accomplished and was asked before any changes were to be made. Delivery was on time as promised and the service was efficient, courteous, and professional. Would definitely recommend to a friend or business associate.
The whole experience was good. The representative was knowledgable, courteous and treated my home with respect. I was given a four week estimation for the refinishing/repair on three pieces of furniture and it arrived exactly on time. The pieces were beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I had a leg on my headboard repaired and I can't even see or feel where it was cracked almost in two. The tops of my dining table and sideboard had sun-damage, water rings and scratches galore. All that damage is gone, they look totally new. They put my bed back together and placed all the other furniture where I wanted them to go. I even got a gift. I will definitely recommend and use this company in the future. They care about your investment as much as you do.
The communication was prompt and professional. James was very accommodating and made it easy for me to work with Furniture Medic given my busy schedule. The quality of the work seems very good, however it's too early to tell if the craftsmanship will hold up. I'm hopeful that it will.

They pick up and deliver the furniture if they have to take in to the shop for repair. They did a great job. You can't tell it was ever broken.

The quality is very good, however it took about 6 weeks to do three tables in what was supposed to be your slow season. There was one nick on one of the tables that I think could have been restored better.
