I enjoy the haircut experience... However the last two times I've gotten an mvp weren't what I've come to expect... First time I got a shampoo but no towel or massage the next time I got a shampoo and towel but no massage... Different stylists each time so I paid for but didn't get the full package. I hope this isn't the norm now.
