Being able to schedule on the app, and know the approximate time for your turn is greatly helpful. No showing up and sitting for an hour waiting your turn.
Staff is always friendly, and they track what you want done so next visit, they understand what has been done and start from there as they inquire as to your curewnt visit. Makes you feel like they really do care about each customer individually!
MVP experience is always a hit. I don't request that every visit, but periodically when I have some time to spend. Great relaxer!

Tina was outstanding and really understood how to properly cut a beard and the time she took to make the visit the best it could be was truly appreciated.
