Rachel was amazing - by far the best yoga sculpt class I've taken at CPY.
My instructor was Felecia. Very helpful in correcting posture and demonstrating the sequence.She provided options and it helped some of my lack of flexibility. Will take her class again.

The classes and instructors are great. I love that you added a C2 at 7pm. I wish there was an 8 or 8:30pm restorative yoga every night, or some nights and on Sunday to recharge before the week.

Love the variety of classes available & all the different forms of yoga and other exercise routines (eg weights, blocks, straps etc) incorporated into each session.
Like that you can choose between various levels, teachers and also the feedback provided and tips on how to improve given by each teacher.
Also like the facility, interior decor, the fact that they provide showers, towels, mats, drinking water, lockers, locks etc.
