Great atmosphere and really amazing teachers. Even when the classes are jam packed (which they often are), I walk away feeling like I got a great workout, some personal attention, and much needed focus on my own practice. Love this studio!

The location and the class times - it is close to my home, and there is a sculpt early and late enough so that I can go before and after work. The studio is a great size, and very clean as well.

I like the lofty feel of the studio. Also, I've taken two yoga sculpt classes and think the temperature is perfect - much better than the Gold Coast studio which is WAY too hot

I like the cleanliness of the studio, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the instruction.

I wish that towels would be available for members free of charge! I also wish there was an 8:00am class :) but overall very happy.

What do you like about our products and services?

Clean, soothing, gorgeous "loft like" studio, locker room availability is a plus. Most importantly, the staff is helpful, kind, respectful. I am new to Core and new to Yoga....Caroline and Alyssa have made me a fan for life!
