Very challenging workout (yoga sculpt) - I don't think I've sweat as much in any other workout class I have done lately including barre, spin, and pilates. I'm hooked!
RN had a clean facility and the classes I attended were both great. The only downer was both times I bought a mat they kind of smelled...so maybe clean those a little better :-)

I like it very much.
I love it here so far. I've never done yoga in a hot room (or hot yoga, for that matter), so getting used to the temperature is the only thing. That's why I gave the score of a 9--I don't think it's for everybody, but I think it's great.

Great exercise- you feel so good after you leave from sweating everything out during your 60 minute class
I have only attended two classes, but I have really enjoyed them and I am impressed with the instructors.
