I like the location for River North a lot! It's easy to get to and it also does a good job with classes after work and on Saturday afternoons (not many Corepower locations do these time slots). Shout out to a well run studio and excellent teachers.

The studio was beautiful just like all CPYs are. But Hala, the instructor, was fantastic! She was so upbeat (but not over the top) and kept a quick pace and really worked us. I loved her. Probably the best instructor i've had at any studio.

They have the best instructors for me! Encouraging and challenging. Classes are a great balance of mind and body/restorative and strengthening. I love the way they get me to push myself and sweat out the day. So great! Special shout outs to Nikki, Andrea, Ludmila, and Izzy!
