The overall experience as great. The hair cut looks really good, the products used were very nice, and the MVP service was fantastic. The massaging chair, shampooing/massage, and hot towel were just awesome. Makecia did a wonderful job, and I will definitely be going back.

First visit to SC. Not only was the store clean and inviting; the service provided by my stylist Jessi was STELLAR! SHE is the reason I will be a repeat customer.
The MVP service was incredible!
My son has been extremely satisfied with the three haircuts he has received. Kathy has cut his hair twice and the second associate who cut his hair changed to a style he wanted, which is not always easy to do. She gave him styling tips prompting him to want to buy product, a bit over priced, (he had to use his money, I believe I could find similar product more reasonably priced) but she was not pushy, letting him feel like he was able to make an informed decision.
Always great service. Jessi did a great job and made it fun which is important. She had a smile on her face although she was under the weather a bit, it didn't stop her from doing a great job. Customer service at its best!!
