I was happy there was a sale on the items my stylist used, because I enjoyed them that much. The entire staff was friendly and had great conversation with all of their guests. I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by the manager, which she was great too, she did just what I wanted without me saying exactly what I wanted, because I had no clue what I wanted. That's customer service.
