Most importantly, the teachers are all amazing , and each of them has their own very distinct style. I have practiced yoga for over 15 years, and with a recent move that took me away from a beloved studio/practice, it took me about a year and trying out 4-5 studios, and finally came upon Core Power.
The space is also beautiful and meticulously maintained, and from the start, everyone was very welcoming.
I have had to get used to a heated practice, but now feel the benefits. Also, LOVE the music, which is an important part of my practice. Thanks!
