Beautiful clean gym. Mat and towel were provided since it was my first time, and the staff was so friendly. Instructor, Rachel Lang, was great! Making sure you're doing the poses correctly throughout the class, was very helpful!

The size and quality of the facility. The instructor was very nice and professional. The location was hard to find. I couldn't find the entrance door & assumed you had closed for business because your sign is over an empty space/

1) Convenience 2) The C1 class is easy enough for a beginner to pick up on but still a workout for those with more experience.
