The HPF Candlelight class I took on Tuesday night was amazing - a great way to end the day. It was one of the most challenging hot yoga classes I've ever taken, but I felt so relaxed and accomplished after that class, I slept like a baby afterwards :)

Instructor was very friendly, helpful both before and during class. Excellent facility, clean and great locker rooms! I've never had to rent a towel unless Yogi Toes, so that was a little foreign to me. I think for $23 per class, towels should be included.

The teachers are so friendly and helpful during class, the atmosphere is not intimdating, I love the mirrors around the room so I can see exactly what I need to adjust, and I like that there is ample room in the studios to spread out!
