I've used Zerorez for years every 6 mos as I have lots of parties and light colored carpet. The technicians are always pleasant and listen to my instructions. There are no artificial fragrances, or toxic chemicals used and it dries within a couple of hours. My carpet is extremely old, but looks brand new.

Used to have steam companies and it would take a full day to dry and lfeft the odor of deodorizer which causes allergic reactions.

Kyle was our Zerorez representative that took care of our cleaning services. He did an excellent job and has amazing customer service skills! He was polite, courteous, and professional. He introduced himself and we did an initial walkthrough of all areas for cleaning and other possible areas to take a look at as well. Then he went over the costs and plan for his time onsite. He communicated clearly and effectively the entire visit and we are very happy with the technology, cleaning results, and Kyle's efforts to make the entire process smooth, easy, and efficient for everyone. Prompt service, very neat and respectful of our home and belongings during the service. I loved that there was no chemical smells or residue left on our carpet. The 2 service technicians that came to our home were very polite and respectful and explained the procedure before they started the job. All of our questions were answered.
