I have done several privates with Erin. She is fabulous. In a few sessions I feel stronger and more stable. She has been amazing working around my back issues completely focused on my positioning and progress. Amazing teaching skills and positivity!

Did the 7:30 AM class with Amanda on Wednesday and it was SO FUN. She was so nice and motivating to push through. Definitely will come back in the future :)

Felt that the instructor was very well versed and engaged in the class! The psychical appearance of the class was clean - which is necessary during COVID
I love the challenging workout and am so happy to be back in studio.
Please make masks mandatory. Participants in class should understand this is the cost of getting to workout again. As well, people have been disrespectful of spacing and wearing socks in class. Despite numerous machines around people will take the one next to someone. Instructors should tell them to move and work off every other machine. Please enforce grip socks.

Excellent class and fun
The reception and trainer were so welcoming and friendly and continually checked in on me before during and after my first workout. The workout itself was extremely challenging but accessible with unlimited possibilities for modification and increased challenge plus I felt safe with distances between machines. I can see this community as something I would like to be a part of and this activity as something that aligns with my personal fitness goals!

My first class since covid started. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and space. The instructor was of course great.
Amazing instructors and the workout will get you in amazing shape. Worked out in a gym for 20 years, plateaued long ago. Lagree took things to another level, works stabilizing muscles that normal weight and cardio workouts won't touch.
I took the spinning class and the lagree pilates class and both were AMAZING!! Both instructors were great and I will definitely do the classes again!
