The environment and staff help a new person ease into the program. I took 1 regular Yoga class several years prior so I have little to no experience with of Yoga. Bikram Yoga is very challenging for me. The encouragement from the teachers is very helpful as I do find it very difficult.

Friendly staff and knowledgable. My favorite is Erica! Being new to the practice, she has been the most effective in really making me think about what I'm doing. With that being said, I have felt that all the instructors are very knowledgeable. The one thing that I feel would be more helpful, would be more classes, that break down the positions and help people understand exactly what they should be doing. I know these are offered, here and there, but would love to see them offered on a more frequent basis!

It's a welcome respite whenever I pop back around. Everyone is lovely and kind. Instructors are great, space is comfortable and cozy. If pressed to critique, on (very) rare occasions, an instructor kind of yammers through corpse time, which, in my case, can be hard to tune out. But I don't live anywhere close to zen, so that's on me.
Otherwise, all good things.
Gavin's class is my favorite! But every teacher is pleasant and helpful. I like the way I feel when I do Bikram yoga, especially when I'm able to attend classes more consistently.

I love the Bikram yoga classes I have attended here! Staff has been super friendly! Instructors do an excellent job. I feel comfortable and suported in my practice. A little crowded at times...
