I like the fact that when something isn't going perfectly that you are willing to work on doing anything you can to make it better.
Consistently forgetting to refill our dispensers and the dusting NEVER gets done. We actually had to leave notes for the cleaning people to complete certain tasks (please change the waste basket liners and not just dump the trash, for example) and it STILL didn't get done. At that point, it felt like the tasks weren't completed out of spite.
Customer service and communication is very good, consistant service. Good people whenever I call, need help, have an issue.

Increase frequency of contact with operations manager or cleaning crew supervisor to review overall satisfaction and minor issues.
That you police yourselves with supervisors, so that we do not need to constantly evaluate what needs to be done.
Nothing. They are more professional and much more thorough than the cleaning company we were using for years.
We have had a few issues and sometimes I feel that the person that cleans is hurried and I have some dusting, cleaning of the bathrooms that I have had to bring to the attention of the supervisor.
Coming into work everyday knowing the office will be spotless!
Usually when we do a walk through, items are missed. Generally it's dusting and vacuming in corners.

Overall it has been very good.
Recently two men were sent to St. Monica Rectory while the regular crew were away and they skipped a few rooms including toilet areas in bathrooms which they did service. The responses from the people living in the rectory were mostly about the lack of attention to toilet areas. Overall it has been a very positive experience and the priests are happy.
Cleaning steaks on new desk and tile floor in service drive. Service manager's office windows have a cloudy film on them. Dust on the rail/slats of the wood wall on service drive.
