The response time. Anytime there is a question or something unexpected has happened, someone is always available and it's taken care of promtply.
Your team is very pleasant and excellent at their jobs! In the past, with other cleaning services, the morning after they cleaned I always had to inspect the office to make sure that the cleaning was actually done the night before, many times it was not and I had to take the time to make notes in their log so that they would see what needed to be done that night when they came in. We had ServiceMaster clean our offices in the past and when the new owners took over and asked me who I recommended for a cleaning service, I did not hesitate when I said ServiceMaster, I would recommend them to anyone!

ServiceMaster management is fantastic about training. Janitors receive coaching and feedback from their supervisors - whose standards are as high or higher than our own. This makes the service truly a outsourced job with very minimal involvement from our staff.
We have noticed that the soap dispencers in the bathrooms are not being filled, the papertowels or the toilet paper. some of our exam room floors need to be moped, there are dust bunnys in the corners

DEPENDABLE
When I come to work on Wednesdays the office area is always clean.
Helga and Chaz are very polite and professional.
The facility is lightly cleaned not thoroughly clean.
Better monitoring and more frequent on site visits with me,the customer.
I only have a few months on the job so I have not experienced too much in the way of drastic need for improvement from the company. Maybe some improvements from a few individuals that worked out here, but as a company, those problems were address, fixed and resolved in a very professional manner.
Service is not always consistent. We need detailed cleaning and it isn't always completed without prompting for improvement
Altough better, we are still having problems with getting the folded paper towels in the bathrooms. By mid week we have them on the counter because the dispenser is empty. Also, all correspondence goes to me, Cheryl Melson as I have taken over the responsibility for housekeeping. Thanks, Cheryl.
I completed 2 surveys each of the past 2 years with my concerns and never received a reply.
The level of cleaning is better than most other janitorial companies we've used in the past, and the price is affordable. I especially like it that you routinely inspect the work of your employees and address any necessary improvements without waiting for us possibly to complain about something that's being missed.

We have had a few different crews over the year...things get changed up each time a new crew comes on board. Our current person seems to be doing very well.
