I am fotunate to have a long term cleaning team that are dedicated to my facilities needs. They perform their cleaning duties very well.If I should need extra services or a schedule change I simple call the supervisor relate my needs and it's done. It's great to speak to a real person and if I need to leave a message there's always a fast response. Emergency response times are incredable, I can't say enough about their emergency services! Our cleaning team does a better job of turning out lights at the end of the shift and securing the building than most of our employees. Our team has always been proactive in identifying potential problems from security to mechanical issues and have no doubt saved our company added expense by their quick response to emergencies. Mary, Gloria and Alianna are more than the evening cleaning crew they our a part of our orginization and a valuable second set of eye's that help safe gard our facility. With a great work ethic, positive out look and good sense of humor our team is a joy to work with.

Janet M. is very thorough and pays attention to detail; e.g. cleans spots on the carpet and scuff marks on the floors immediately, teller windows are always clean with no smudges, etc. She always makes sure our problem areas look great and if we have a special request makes sure to accomplish the task as soon as possible.

I feel that whenever any request is made or goals are set, it gets done. And, it gets done very well. Maria takes time to speak with the individual department directors to make sure she handles any concerns and answers any questions. The terminal room cleans and other projects are carried out in a very timely manner with preset goals. The staff always greets everyone with a friendly smile and hello.
That I have a contact person via email to call when needed. I was given the responsibility of working directly with your services in early 2012. So far, I have had to contact you all with complaints but you have been very responsive and cooperative. Keep up the good work.

The office looks very clean....they do a very good job!
Our personal clean person (Nina) is wonderful. She does a great job and is very courteous to us and patients when she is in the pharmacy (ie..turns off the sweeper when the phone rings or patients are present, doesn't try to sweep or mop around patients feet).
