The staff are very respectful and friendly. The hospital looks and smells clean. This is also a common comment from patients and their family members. My sister has contacted ServiceMaster to help with her home she is moving into this week. So, I do recommend your services. Maria does freq. walk throughs, stops and talks with directors of each dept., and is very involved with infection control and prevention.

Staff and friendly and do a good job cleaning in our area. Lori, the second shift supervisor, does a great job reaching out to me and making sure everything is going well and gets problems resolved quickly.

Overall the unit is clean. There are times when the hospital staff point out items that need a more detailed cleaning, but the staff are friendly and will clean as asked.
