I appreciate the customer service. You receive a notification prior to service as well as notification the day before service so you can make sure dogs are inside. You receive a time frame as well. After service you are notified that service is complete with a progress report. The service has always been effective.
The pest control guys that came were friendly . They answered all our questions. Even made a few suggestions. Even looked out for the 4 grandchildren here. One has special needs and doesn't do well with new people. But he liked all the guys who came ,especially Juan. Thanks for helping rid our pest problems and making life easier on every one.
