Treatment techs are extremely professional and friendly. On our last service call I wasn't home when he came but he waited about 15 minutes so he could come inside even though he was on a tight schedule. He didn't make me feel guilty about making him wait. I was so impressed with his friendly professional service.

Terminix is prompt in responding to my concern and addressing it no time.
My most recent exterminator was the best!! If I could have her every time I absolutely would. She was very detailed and took her time throughout my house. She even took the time to move my fridge and oven back into place for me. Overall I love terminix, the only thing I've disliked is that my other exterminators from my first two visits had rushed through my house, only spending 15 minutes during their visit. My recent exterminator, she took her time to care for my house and I truly appreciate her. I have noticed a difference in the cockroach population since we have started treatment and I will continue to have terminix out to treat my house. Thank you!

While I wasn't satisfied with my most recent service, I would still recommend Terminix overall. The extermination has been very effective and I'm happy so far with the results.
