The follow through is really great. I have had many offers from other companies saying they can do it cheaper. First, I don't believe it and I tell them that I have had over a 30 year relationship with Terminix and I see no reason to change.

Matthew Maust, the technician, was professional, polite, and efficient. Unfortunately, I did not know he was coming and I was caught unawares. He said he sent out a text 24 hours ahead, but I did not receive it. I do have a locked gate so it is important I be home.
More importantly, I feel strongly that Terminix as a company notify the customer of an upcoming appointment. Terminix is the only company that I work with that fails to do this! I don't understand, a simple computer generated email would work. A technician notifying me is a courtesy. It is up to the company to notify their customers ahead of time.
