The technician who provides service to us does an excellent job. He is very thorough and professional in providing regular service, and on rare occasions when we need an extra visit he very promptly responds to our request in the same thorough and professional manner.

The follow through is really great. I have had many offers from other companies saying they can do it cheaper. First, I don't believe it and I tell them that I have had over a 30 year relationship with Terminix and I see no reason to change.

If this is regards to annual complete inspection, the person (John) never showed up on Wed.5/15/24. I would rate that a zero.
My 10 recommendation is for the regular service which has always been good regardless of representative, currently Ulliyses(sp).

Matthew Maust, the technician, was professional, polite, and efficient. Unfortunately, I did not know he was coming and I was caught unawares. He said he sent out a text 24 hours ahead, but I did not receive it. I do have a locked gate so it is important I be home.
More importantly, I feel strongly that Terminix as a company notify the customer of an upcoming appointment. Terminix is the only company that I work with that fails to do this! I don't understand, a simple computer generated email would work. A technician notifying me is a courtesy. It is up to the company to notify their customers ahead of time.
