He always calls me a day or two before to let me know the date and time he will arrive. Emil is always on time and asks if I have any issues before he treats my home and property. Terminix has been dependable and effective in treating and keeping my home safe and free of bugs and termites. The latest visit I asked the service Tech if he coukd remove some wasp nests from the gables in my two story home . He stated he could if I had an extension ladder, which I did. He went to his truck and came out with an extendable pole, climbed the ladder and removed the wasp nests! . Thank you so much. Terminix went above and beyond what they had to do.

Paul, our service gentleman, is very accommodating in the estimated time of his arrival, always courteous, and is prompt and efficient in his applications, listening to any concerns we may have and acting on them.
Always very professional. Able to asnwer questions about various insect and how to prevent inside problems. Every visit is very thorough so there is never a problem in between visits.
