Terminix successfully treated our original pest issue last Summer. Now that we are on the quarterly plan, we receive a text 1-2 days before the next visit which is much appreciated - and in case we need him to treat inside. The technician is the same and very pleasant.

Jared Diggers is my beach technician in Ocean View DE. He’s absolutely fantastic! He always reaches out to me before arriving. He consistently delivers the most thorough and effective service! He’s supportive when needing additional information regarding my other properties. He goes above and beyond and has an excellent old school honest, loyal commitment and authenticity to his clients! You really need to recognize his efforts and be thankful you have him as an employee. This kind of work ethic is extremely hard to find!
Terminex better do some explaining as it relates to my termite bait traps and cartridge refills! I had these traps installed in 2021 and received only 1 visit since then! This is unacceptable and someone better get out there this week to evaluate the bait traps and see what is going on! I wish Jared did this because I know I would have never had an issue! Terminex has no problem automatically collecting my money every month for doing nothing! Get this termite technician scheduled and consistently out there to check on these bait traps! If this doesn’t happen and I don’t receive feedback next week then I want all my money returned for the last few years!

My service agents, and I have had many in my 40 years as a customer, have alway been pleasant, efficient, flexible when I need it, and have always looked past the messes around my home. Eric is my current tech and he is amazing! I’m always happy to see him and I appreciate how polite and caring he is with me! I would be happy for him to remain my tech for the rest of my time with Terminix.
