I have been happy with my Terminix services for year. I hate bugs in the house and it is a huge relief not to have many at all and if one sneaks in, often I find it already dead. I love that. The 9 instead of a 10 is due to recent changes you made that caused me to lose my longtime and awesome technician Walt Zemrose (I think I spelled correctly) and that my technician seems to change frequently lately. So far this has not caused any issues, thankfully.

The process was simple and fast. The tech, Dillion, is professional and super nice. He gets 10 stars from us! Any time we've had a problem, he's quick to address it. There should be more like Dillion!

The technician was super clear about what to expect after treatment and took care of the areas I was concerned with. The technician also stayed out of areas I didn’t want treated but also helped me understand that the products wouldn’t stain or ruin any interior. As a first time user this really helped me understand the process and put my mind at ease knowing any issue will be taken care of.

Once I watched on my ring camera one of your workers come into my backyard walk over to one wall not spraying or cleaning a matter of fact had nothing to spray or clean with, then leave. Now I cannot trust that my yard gets sprayed at all and have to take the time to look at my cameras around my house to make sure I am getting what I pay for. If I were to tell anyone to use Terminix I will tell them if they do not have cameras don’t get. Other than that I like getting the text messages letting me know when coming so I can secure my pets as well as letting me know I need to check my cameras.
