My tech, Lance, was the best person this company could have supplied. From the second he walked through my door, he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. If I could have given a 20/10 for him I would. We exchanged in friendly conversation as he went above and beyond to help me clean my home. The service technician, Matthew, was very professional and explained the whole process very thoroughly. I was very happy with the services that were provided, and the results were even better than expected. The carpet was left looking like new and there is no chemical smell.

My appointment window was 8-11am. Dan arrived at 8:15, and was friendly, explained the process completely. I was on a tight schedule, and was worried I had maybe not given myself enough time for the appointment. Dan was finished so fast, and the carpets looked great. The online appointment set up was convenient and easy to navigate. Easy, fast, and professional.
