Online scheduling was very easy - I could set up the appointment any time of day for and schedule an appointed at a time that was quick and convenient for me.

Our tech, Seth phoned ahead of time to give us a 30 minute window. Once he arrived, he gave us a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and how the products used were also safe for not only us, but for our dog as well. Once Seth got to work, he took great care in moving two pieces of furniture and made sure that there were protectors under the wood legs of the furniture. ( a coffee table and chair) He did an excellent job of making sure he cleaned every inch of the carpet in the living room, dining room, hallway and stairs.

All in all, Seth was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job. He was very courteous and friendly. Plus he paid some attention to the dog so that’s always a plus!

I used ZeroRez to professionally clean my couch. It is a reclining sectional with a lot of mechanical gear under the seats that make it hard to clean, Aw well as the couch is a little bit too big for my living room, so I’m unable to move it and clean underneath. I also have a dog, and there was a lot of dog hair in places I didn’t have the tools to reach. The professionalism and knowledge provided to me on how to protect the fabric and information about the aftercare was amazing!
