I am very pleased with the services I received this week from Zerorez. All three technicians went above and beyond to provide high quality work. On Monday, a technician arrived, and with my best interest in mind, recommended I move my carpet cleaning to Wednesday, after my air duct cleaning. He made that change for me with ease. On Tuesday, two gentlemen arrived and not only cleaned my air ducts, but also took the time to explain the process and even remove the dust and debris from my garage. The before and after pictures were great. Finally, on Wednesday, the technician cleaning my carpets was kind and thorough. I am very happy with the results and will continue to recommend your business to friends and family due to the high quality work and fair pricing! I would highly recommend your services! The tech Lance that came to the house was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, and very personable!

John was great, he explained everything that he was going to do and was honest about being able to get some of the spots or stains out of carpet. They came mostly out, but as he said oily spots are very difficult to get all of the way out. I appreciated that he didn’t over sell also, he offered other service, but didn’t push.

Anthony is a 10 plus, called he was on his way, worked on my carpets and performed miracles. Highly recommended

Lance was the technician this past weekend and he was exceptional! His attitude, professionalism, courtesy, and devotion to what he does was truly appreciated; he went above and beyond.
