Brandon showed up actually a little early.He wore little shoe covers and was very respectful of our possessions. He also answered all of our question in a professional manner particularly about pet stains and what products were best to use. He stressed we were not to walk on hard surfaces in bare feet after walking on wet carpet.
Brandon did an excellent job in a little over an hour and again reminded us not to walk on hard floors in bare feet.
We will have Zerorez back to clean our other rooms

Seth was absolutely awesome! He presented with a smile, with a clear cut explanation
of what to expect. Treated our home like his. He was so very respectful. Had time
to say hi to our dog (who loved him) as well as our grand daughter! He was a breath of
fresh air! Not only will we use Zeroex again but we will request him as well! The best
experience we have ever had with a commercial carpet company!
