It was all just a very lovely experience. It was my first time attending core power and I was worried about it being "hot yoga" because I don't always do well athletically in heat. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm temperature and how the instructor would open the door if it got to be too much. The instructor was great and taught us about core components of yoga throughout the class. I really loved it!
