All the teachers are really nice and I have injuries, and everyone has been great about letting me modify to meet my needs. I like the timing (1 hour) and I feel really good after I leave. I like the flow of classes--right when it gets to the point where I think I can't really do more, it starts to get more restorative. It's super close to my work and it's easy to shower, get ready, etc.

It's more active than other yoga studios. The instructors are amazing! The environment is good.
I like the clean/light and peaceful atmosphere of the studio. I like that the classes incorporate intensity through core blasts and not to mention the challenge of the Yoga Sculpt class. I like that there's a supportive friendly and kind feminine energy. I would really like to work on the studio experience team.

YogaSculpt is an all-in-one workout. Instructors are friendly. Studio makes it convenient- mats, towel, water, lockers, showers, hair ties. It's not as crowded as the Fremont studio.
