I love the Walnut Creek downtown. Love the instructor Megan, she brought good energy to the class. Overall cleanliness of the shop and friendly staff. Wish there was a closer location to union city!

The classes should be limited to a certain number so people can fit easily. I’ve been to a couple classes where it gets too crowded so is a little bit uncomfortable at some point

Mahea’s class was a glimmer of hope to my Sunday. I was feeling rejuvenated and glowing after the class. It was extremely challenging and sweaty. I loved the songs she chose to play as well. One song really spoke to me as it seemed like a native chant of some kind and brought me peace and serenity. Definitely recommend Mahea’s class. She will also correct your yoga pose if you’re not doing it correctly as well. If you have time before brunch on Sunday would definitely recommend going but bring your water bottle. Wow was it steamy hot!

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

The class was very enlightening. It wasn’t too hot that I was able to do the workout more than I thought I could, given that I have not worked out in years. I was so happy how staff were very welcoming and excited for me to join. The teacher was so mellow and calm. No judgement at all from everyone. I felt so good leaving the class and looking forward to my next class.
