I love the consistency of sequencing in all of the classes. The format hits all of the major components of an effective yoga practice and I have made huge gains in my flexibility and strength over the past 10 months that I have been a member.

A huge shout out to my favorite instructor, Susan L! She gives very clear instructions, has a warm and upbeat energy and is a master at timing. She is the best!

Other feedback is that many instructors play the music so loud it is difficult to hear the prompts.

Thank you for the quality of yoga you provide and the convenience of several classes to choose from.

Love it! I’ve been a member for about 6 months now and have really enjoyed my experience. The instructors are wonderful and knowledgeable. The space is clean and welcoming. The classes are wonderfully planned, with challenges and relaxation. Would highly recommend!

First time at this studio. Just moved from SF to nearby. Sue was my instructor and really knew her stuff. Also loved the humid high quality studio heat -- not all CPYs have this working!
Finally, studio was clean -- much appreciated. Will be back!
