Responsive. Jacob listens to what I say and then tells me what he is going to do to fix it. He then says for me to monitor the situation and he will follow up in 2 weeks to see if he has to come back. Everybody is always friendly including the office staff.
The employees are professional, knowledgeable and courteous from Patty on the phone, to WIlliam who did my termite booster, to Tom the inspector who always does a detailed job and I learn a lot from all of them, I had a lot of questions about my termite booster and the chemical used and everyone answered my questions so I feel better about the safety of the chemical as it relates to installing a garden and fruit trees. You can tell this is a good company because they are good to both their end clients and employees.
