We have been with Apex for our termite bond and control since 2001 and have never had a problem. We have a wood construction house and we have never a any sign of termites when two of our neighbors have had to have their houses tented. One because he didn't have a termite bond and was not having his house inspected. The other just didn't have the right company they paid the bond but nobody came to inspect. But you come every year, tells us we need a booster and we have been fine. I recommend you to any new neighbor that asks who we have. Great work!!!!
