My kids loved it. My son had been taking lessons this year but I was still very impressed with how much he learned at SoR in just one week! He wants to start year round lessons with SoR now.

My son had a great time! He felt the teachers were kind, fun, and supportive. He loved learning to play the drums with performing as the focus. Every day, he left camp with a huge smile, excited to go back the next day.
The lessons are structured around what the student's abilities and builds on that foundation.
The performance groups grow the student's confidence which carries over into other aspect of the student's life.
The House Band program is a whole other level. The student's finds their people that they bond with and make lifelong friendships and cool music.

I love that the classes are short and fun. Just enough to keep you wanting to come back. I also love the instructors. My usual instructor, Clint, is great. He is very knowledgeable and likes to just dive in to playing songs, which I love. But I also love the subs because they have different ways of teaching and they go over the basics like rudiments and form. Putting all the techniques together I feel like I have a well-rounded education in drumming!

My daughter has been taking lessons and joining the performance bands for about 6 years now. She not only has learned so much musically, but also learned how to play with others. She really enjoys playing now! I never have to tell her to practice!
I like that the kids get a try out all different instruments and you guys have really fun songs and then we start listening to the rock songs in the car. It’s just a lot of fun. However, the deterrent away from his camp is that it’s so dang expensive is the most expensive camp weeklong camp in the city of Houston
