My student Josias Gilmore, now a Jr in High School and is starting his 3rd year at the School of Rock, both have a deep passion for music. We love School of Rock Pearland. The owner, staff and instructors are just fantastic. My kid is completely inspired and loves walking in to his lessons every week. He walks out with a smile on his face every time lessons are over. I would highly recommend to anyone I know. My family and friends love coming to see the showcases. It's a wonderful experience all around.
Variety of genres and music considered and selected when forming groups. Skills taught in individual lessons and application of them in a team setting. A lot of soft skills like how to work in a team and leadership qualities are also learnt in the process.
The instructors are terrific. Despite being good musicians, they have a unique talent for pairing children up into groups/bands and making the best out of each child's skills and potential contributions to the group regardless of skill level. Derek is a fantastic manager. He is very accommodating, comforting and has a great personality for customer service overall. Thank you all!
We loved the enthusiasm of everyone there! Getting to perform on stage and enjoy pizza and drinks with the friends he made was magical. And his band, The Evil Kittens, crushed it! Great experience!
I love the environment for the kiddos and the staff & teachers are awesome! Also the program is diverse enough that everyone can find what they like.

My son is able to choose his favorite songs for drum cover and the instructor helps him learning the notes/drum beats with all support.
The program structure is engaging for students and holds their focus while they learn great music. My son is enthusiastic to go every time and is excited to show me his new skills. Teachers work well with students bringing in tremendous experience while encouraging students to break out of any discomfort. At the School of Rock kids learn at a rapid pace compared with traditional music lessons. I highly recommend this school. You won't regret it!

Where do I begin? It is such a professional program. My son Loves the 1 on 1 lessons and has already improved his drumming abilities in just a couple of months. He is also having a lot of fun with the performance program. It is just such an awesome place!
