My son just did his very first SOR camp last weekend and he had a BRILLIANT time!
He came home each day full of things he’d learnt, fun that he’d had, new friends he’d made,
He said his teachers were awesome and that the day was great from start to finish.

My son has liked all the teachers. The lessons have really encouraged his interest in guitar and music. His playing has really improved, too!
It was fun. Kids got the real experience of a band and got the opportunity to try different music instruments. The teachers were awesome!
The School of Rock Camp is unique. My son was able to be a part of a rock band with other children who enjoy music like he does. He was able to try playing the electric guitar and loved it. At the end of the week of camp, they performed for us, and it was amazing to see all that the kids learned in a week. My son really had a blast and looks forward to going again next summer.

The teachers and staff at School of Rock are amazing and skilled at working with children and youth. They listen to their students as individuals encouraging them to begin with the music that is fun and interesting to them and following that to acquire the skills which will be needed for them to advance toward learning and performing music with their chosen instrument.
The Performance group has been fantastic for our son making him excited to go to lessons every week and keeps him engaged.

I like that group performance programme a lot as the kids have the chance to perform on stage very quickly after starting to learn an instrument or singing.

The incredibly qualified staff; not only with their technical capabilities but maybe more so their teaching style and demeanor. The staff understands where the student “is” on their journey and hears lesson plans to take them to the next level. It is not a “cookie cutter” style.
I have mentioned this in other supporting posts since I became a student.
The immersion style and approach is a faster track at applying the student’s theory. This approach can be daunting at first, however, the well qualified staff blends the student into a live band environment in a healthy way. This builds confidence quickly. There is a special skill that School of Rock -Columbus’ staff has that separates you all from many competitors.
They bring fun into the learning, while building confidence.
The facilities and equipment are also too-notch.
I have been very pleased with my experience and have made some great new friends. They have built a healthy culture at “my” So R location and I am proud to be a part of this family.

Staff was amazing with the kiddos. My son had an amazing week at summer camp. He felt welcomed and interested enough to continue lessons.
