I like that all the instructors strive to build a good rapport with the students. They learn your name and take notice of your improvement since you started theirnclass, as well as asking you what postures you would like help with.

The convenience. The teachers. All of the teachers are great. It's a beautiful, clean, happy place to practice and in a great location!!!!

I love how the staff is so supportive and encouraging. The teachers really inspire me to try harder in class as well as in my life. The quotes and personal stories are so thought provoking and enlightening.

friendly and small studio

The Ward Studio is GREAT! The only downfall is the windows in Studio 1 (I have not yet been in studio 2 so not sure if this is an issue there too). It would be amazing if there was a screen that could retract down during the daytime classes as to avoid the sunlight in an already HOT class. Its also a little odd to know that anyone walking by could just stop and watch the show.

Lots of times to choose from, welcoming environment, classes for different levels and interests, and great instructors.

I love how friendly and positive the teachers are, from the moment I walk into the studio, throughout class, and after class when I am leaving. I also like having the option of taking a shower before or after class. The amenities are really nice. There are only two working showers at the Ward location though, so I hope the other shower is fixed soon. The hand-on adjustments and personal attention from teachers during class is also excellent, because it helps me to feel confident in my practice.

Your Ward location is very convenient with lots of parking and there are
a lot of classes to choose from.

I like that each class is slightly different but the poses used remain constant - this helps me "master" the poses but not feel intimated by new classes or bored by repetition. I love the personailities of the instructors I've had so far, and each of them has brought me to a new place in my devoted (albeit new) consistent practice of yoga. i appreciate the breadth of time for classes and know that at some point in my day, something will fit into my chaotic and ever changing work schedule. (and ability to park helps...)

Instructor Alex was awesome, high energy, keeps class fun, makes you want to work out. Lots of class times. Studio is clean and inviting. Convenient location and ample parking.

Good location, good classes, good teachers, at both kahala & ward

I love core power it's perfect for me all the instructors are awesome the vibe is perfect very convinient for my schedule and the class schedule is perfect

The teachers are very personable and the classes are set in a great environment and provide a great way to reset, refresh, and re energize!

The premises were squeaky clean. The class was great, but a bit too hot as I am not use to exercising indoors in heat. I'll take some beginner classes in the future to future my flexibility.

brand new studio, the shop, showers (although a couple were out of order) chieko, the yoga instructor, was very nice and friendly when she checked me in.

Friendly and dedicated staff, clean environment, great workouts ,convenient class times

This studio is in a great and convenient location for me. There is ample parking available to members, however, it is shared with shopping center patrons. The classes are diverse and energizing, and forgiving for all levels of practice. In each class, the instructor will give position options for students from novice to principal, allowing the student to feel good and welcomed in the class regardless of skill. Also, at the beginning of the class the students are given the chance to request their desire for her/his personal space to be respected (i.e., if you don't want your yogi to physically adjust your position). I really appreciate that at the end of each class, the instructor will encourage and welcome both constructive criticism as well as praise-- although, I've never attended a class that warranted any sort of criticism. I absolutely love coming here.
